You already have an Event Album

Set it up and get the QR code — or buy another one for your next event.

Every guest photo from your event — with one QR code

Guests scan the code and upload from the phone browser — no app, no signup. From $39.99 one-time per event: storage runs 6 months from the first upload and can be extended, no upload window, full export whenever you want. And unlike anywhere else, your guests keep their photos too — in their own free account.

Create an Event Album · from $39.99

One-time payment, no subscription. Start your album whenever you like — the 6 months of storage begin with the first upload.

No app No sign-up for guests For events of 100–500 guests The album stays yours

See how it works in 1 minute

Create the album, put the QR sign on the tables, and every guest's photos land in one place.

Sound familiar?

Everyone was taking photos — you got a dozen

The best photos stayed on other people's phones, and nobody is going to send them over.

The group chat ate the quality

Whatever arrived came compressed and sank between voice notes and stickers.

A week later it feels awkward to ask

There is one moment to collect everything, and it passes in a couple of days.

For any event where guests take photos

Three steps

Illustration: a printed QR sign on a table

You create the album

A name and a few words for your guests. The printable QR sign is ready right away — put it on the tables.

Illustration: a phone camera scanning the QR sign

Guests scan it

They land on a page with your greeting. Photos and videos go into the album straight from the phone browser.

You sort it out and take it home

Every photo: show to everyone, keep for friends, or hide. The whole album downloads as one archive.

Guests need nothing but a camera

Illustration: a guest photographs the wedding ceremony with her phone

No app, no account

Point the camera, open the page, pick the photos. Works on any phone with a browser.

Anonymous by default

A guest's name is never published without their say-so. They can sign in later and put their name on their photos.

They can claim their photos

Uploaded without signing in, then created an account? Their files move over. They have a week to do it.

They cannot touch anyone else's

A guest deletes only their own and cannot edit the album. Everyone who scanned the code can see the shared album.

Nobody sees what you don't want them to

Illustration: a bride looks through the photos on her phone on her own

Three states for every photo

Show to everyone, keep for friends only, or hide completely. One tap, or a whole batch at once.

Approve first, if you like

Turn on holding and guest photos wait for your approval — until then nobody can see them.

You see who sent what

A guest list with counts: how many they sent, how many are shown, how many are waiting.

The code can be replaced

If the link reaches the wrong people, issue a new one. The old QR stops working; guests who joined stay.

The album stays yours

Illustration: an older couple looks through their album on a tablet

The clock starts with the first photo

Storage runs 6 months from the first upload, not from the payment, and can be extended by another 6 months. The link and the QR never change.

Downloads as one archive

A ZIP with files by chapter and a text file of captions — readable in ten years, with or without Albums.

It's an album, not a dump

A cover, chapters and your own voice notes next to the photos — a story you can read again.

Room for everyone’s photos

100, 200 or 400 GB, depending on the plan. If you run out of space, you can buy more.

Worth knowing up front

Better read before you buy than be disappointed after.

  • Photos are stored in up to 4K (3840 px on the long side). Great for screens, prints and a photo book. Not for a wall-sized poster.
  • Video is capped at 50 MB per file. That is roughly a minute from a phone. Post longer clips separately.
  • The venue needs internet. With no signal a guest can scan the code and upload later — the link doesn't change.
  • An album open to everyone goes through review. A hidden one — visible to your guests only — works right away.

The guest number only helps you pick a plan: we don't count or limit guests or uploads, and each guest can upload as many times as they like. Only the storage size is a real limit.

Paid through PayPal. Access opens right after the payment.

Refunds: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase while nothing has been uploaded to the album. By buying, you agree that the album is available immediately and that once the first photo or video is uploaded, the purchase is non-refundable (faults on our side are always refunded). Questions

How do I collect photos from wedding or event guests?

Create an Event Album and show or print its QR code. Guests scan it and upload photos and videos straight from the phone browser during and after the event. Everything lands in one album that belongs to you.

Do guests have to install an app?

No. The phone camera opens an ordinary web page.

Do they need an Albums account?

Also no. They can upload without signing in — those photos stay anonymous. If they want their name on them, or want the files in their own account, they can sign in later.

How many guests can I invite?

As many as you like. The 100, 250 or 500 on the plans is only a guide for choosing one: we don't count or limit guests or uploads, and each guest can upload as many times as they like. The only real limit is storage. There is one code and it never changes.

How long does the album live?

Files are stored for 6 months from the first upload into the album — not from the payment or from creating it. Before the period ends you can extend storage by another 6 months or download everything as one archive.

Can I download all the photos at once?

Yes. Any album exports as a single archive with the original files — your photos are never locked in.

Who owns the photos guests upload?

The event owner. And guests keep their own photos: after signing in, everything a guest uploaded is saved to their own album in their own free account as well.

How many photos fit?

Small holds 100 GB, Medium 200 GB and Large 400 GB — tens of thousands of photos. Ran out of space? No problem — you can add more. Video is capped at 50 MB per file.

Can I hide the bad photos?

Yes, each one has its own visibility. You can also turn on approval in advance, so guest photos wait for your decision.

What if the code reaches strangers?

Issue a new link — the old QR stops working. Everyone who already joined stays.

Need a second album for another event?

That is another purchase. Buy it in advance and start the album once the date is set — there's no deadline to start, and storage begins with the first upload.

How is Albums different from a shared Google Photos album?

Guests need no Google account and no app. The owner gets chapters, voice notes, moderation, and a one-time price per event instead of a storage subscription.

Is Albums free?

Story albums are free. Pro is $9.99/month for more capacity. An Event Album is a one-time purchase per event, from $39.99 — guests never pay.

Put up the sign — your guests do the rest

The code is ready a minute after payment. From there it just sits on the table and collects your celebration.
