You already have an Event Album

Set it up and get the QR code — or buy another one for your next event.

Your guests will shoot more than you do. Put it all in one album.

One QR code for the whole event. Guests scan it and add their own photos straight from the phone browser — no app, no sign-up. You decide what everyone sees.

One-time payment, no subscription. It never expires — start the album when the date is set.

Sound familiar?

Everyone was shooting — you got a dozen shots

The best photos stayed on other people's phones, and nobody is going to send them over.

The group chat ate the quality

Whatever arrived came compressed and sank between voice notes and stickers.

A week later it feels awkward to ask

There is one moment to collect everything, and it passes in a couple of days.

Three steps

You create the album

A name and a few words for your guests. The printable QR sign is ready right away — put it on the tables.

Guests scan it

They land on a page with your greeting. Photos and videos go into the album straight from the phone browser.

You sort it out and take it home

Every shot: show to everyone, keep for friends, or hide. The whole album downloads as one archive.

Guests need nothing but a camera

No app, no account

Point the camera, open the page, pick the photos. Works on any phone with a browser.

Anonymous by default

A guest's name is never published without their say-so. They can sign in later and put their name on their shots.

They can claim their photos

Uploaded without signing in, then created an account? Their files move over. They have a week to do it.

They cannot touch anyone else's

A guest deletes only their own and cannot edit the album. Everyone who scanned the code can see the shared album.

Nobody sees what you don't want them to

Three states for every shot

Show to everyone, keep for friends only, or hide completely. One tap, or a whole batch at once.

Approve first, if you like

Turn on holding and guest photos wait for your approval — until then nobody can see them.

You see who sent what

A guest list with counts: how many they sent, how many are shown, how many are waiting.

The code can be replaced

If the link reaches the wrong people, issue a new one. The old QR stops working; guests who joined stay.

The album stays yours

It never expires

Not after a month, not after a year. The link and the QR never change, and storage costs you nothing extra.

Downloads as one archive

A ZIP with files by chapter and a text file of captions — readable in ten years, with or without Albums.

It's an album, not a dump

A cover, chapters and your own voice notes next to the shots — a story you can read again.

Guest uploads don't eat your space

Everyone brings their own. There is no cap on how many photos an event can hold.

Worth knowing up front

Better read before you buy than be disappointed after.

  • Photos are resized to 2048 px on the long side. Great for screens, 10×15 prints and a photo book. Not for a wall-sized poster.
  • Video is capped at 50 MB per file. That is roughly a minute from a phone. Post longer clips separately.
  • The venue needs internet. With no signal a guest can scan the code and upload later — the link is permanent.
  • An album open to everyone goes through review. A hidden one — visible to your guests only — works right away.

Questions

Do guests have to install an app?

No. The phone camera opens an ordinary web page.

Do they need an Albums account?

Also no. They can upload without signing in — those photos stay anonymous. If they want their name on them, or want the files in their own account, they can sign in later.

How many guests can I invite?

As many as you like. There is one code and it never changes.

How long does the album live?

As long as you need. We delete nothing on a timer and charge nothing extra for storage.

How many photos fit?

There is no cap for the event: every guest's space counts against their own account, and for photos it goes a long way. Heavy video is the exception — 50 MB per file.

Can I hide the bad shots?

Yes, each one has its own visibility. You can also turn on approval in advance, so guest photos wait for your decision.

What if the code reaches strangers?

Issue a new link — the old QR stops working. Everyone who already joined stays.

Need a second album for another event?

That is another purchase. Nothing expires: buy it in advance and create the album when the date is set.

Put up the sign — your guests do the rest

The code is ready a minute after payment. From there it just sits on the table and collects your celebration.
